Rooted in Purpose
Mission Senior Living is more than a senior living provider, it’s part of a larger, purpose driven organization grounded in people, culture, and compassion. Since our founding, we’ve believed senior living is most impactful when it’s guided by values and relationships, not just policies or procedures.
In 2019, Mission Senior Living launched the Team Member Relief Fund, a privately managed fund created and sustained through donations from leaders and team members. To date, the fund has distributed more than $144,000 to support over 2,200 team members, providing emergency assistance for unexpected challenges such as medical expenses, essential repairs, or other urgent needs.
In addition, every Mission Senior Living team member has access to an MVP Action Fund, $50 they can use at their discretion to brighten a resident’s day. Whether it’s a favorite treat, a small comfort item, or a thoughtful surprise, these moments reflect our belief that meaningful care often lives in the smallest gestures.
